ARTICLE – GETTING THINGS DONE FOR ARTISTS
I recently read a great Ask MetaFilter article about time management and creativity.
This line particularly spoke to me:
“I don’t really want to take photos of weeds on my way to work with my phone or doodle on office stationery.”
Too often, any sort of advice that has to do with the creative life offers only fixes the surface of a problem. Too often, when you're really struggling and the well is dry, you just need to step away and take a rest. Not take on *another* new project like doodling or photography.
I think it is enough to step away and restore. Anyway, more great advice at the link below:
